Personal Statement:
My name is Kathereene Caliolio; you can call me Kathy. I graduated
from Sacramento City College with an AA degree in General Business back in May 2004. I decided to
attend college again this semester to further my studies and improve my career skills. I am now a Computer Information Science
major. I
like watching movies at home or in the theaters with a bag of super buttery popcorn (yep, saturated is bad for you but its
sooo good). I like going to Old Sacramento & Museums. Grey’s Anatomy
and Private Practice
are my TV shows! I turn off my phone when those programs are on… absolutely no disturbances… HAHA!!

Personal Statement:
I was born in Houston,
Texas but raised in Los Angeles, California. I graduated from High School in
the year of 2000 and started working for the State of California,
Department of Corrections. I have continued my career with the State for nine
years now. In 2003, I was transferred to Northern California
on a promotion at San Quentin State Prison. I am currently the database administrator
for the Sacramento Headquarters Unit. Very recently I was offered a promotion
within my career and found that I did not have the education criteria needed to fill the position. I became proactive and enrolled in SCC this semester as a Computer Science major to further both my education
and my career.
